Job Summary
Lead automation testing and define test strategies for functional, regression, and end-to-end scenarios using JavaScript frameworks. Design and maintain scalable automation tools while leveraging AI-assisted platforms like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to accelerate development. Mentor QA teams, drive automation best practices, and collaborate with developers, customers, and stakeholders to analyze defects and ensure timely resolution. Requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills within the Insurance domain, with P&C experience preferred.
