Job Summary
Conduct technical leadership for automation engineering processes for building installations within the Offshore Grid 2GW program. Coordinate and manage a team of external engineers from the subcontractor to develop software, ensuring functional specifications, control philosophies, signals, alarms, and dependencies are fully documented before construction. Oversee the transition from functional design through testing and commissioning while maintaining alignment with established requirements and managing change requests. Organize technical reviews and coordination sessions to monitor planning, capacity, progress, and quality of functional engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde technische HBO- of WO-opleiding in bijvoorbeeld Industriële Automatisering, Elektrotechniek, Technische Informatica, Meet- en Regeltechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting
- Meerdere jaren relevante ervaring als lead engineer automation, control systems engineer, software lead engineer, technisch specialist of integraal ontwerpcoördinator
- Ervaring met het aansturen en inhoudelijk begeleiden van (externe) engineers
- Ervaring met het coördineren van werkzaamheden tussen ontwerpende partijen en softwareleveranciers
- Het vermogen om technische documenten inhoudelijk en op onderlinge consistentie te beoordelen
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels

- Ervaring met gebouwgebonden installaties, HVAC-systemen of industriële procesinstallaties is een pré
