Automation Lead (DCS/PLC) – Pharma Manufacturing

Lead ITOT automation across manufacturing, laboratories and supply chain operations with end-to-end accountability for DCS/PLC systems across multiple production areas. Own system availability, GMP/HSE compliance, lifecycle management and calibration/technical changes; manage full project lifecycle (scope, design, approval, implementation, handover) within budget, timeline and quality targets; coordinate internal and external resources; drive state-of-the-art automation solutions and digital transformation; lead and develop a team of automation engineers/technicians; ensure audits and findings are resolved; foster cross-functional collaboration with ITOT, production, QA and engineering to deliver reliable, compliant operations. The role emphasizes leadership in technical teams, project delivery, qualification/validation, and continuous improvement in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
