Job Summary
Canister Calibration Technician in CVS Health's Pharmacy Maintenance Team (Mount Prospect, IL). Build, repair, and maintain drug canisters for automated dispensing equipment (Opti-Fill); clean canisters per schedules, audit and test performance, investigate quality assurance issues, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems. Requires strong written/verbal communication, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Role involves shift schedule (10pm-6:30am), potential overtime, and travel as needed. High school diploma or GED required; Illinois Pharmacy Technician License verification and 500-hour training completed before start. Prior experience in healthcare/fulfillment/maintenance environments and proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred. Eligible for full-time benefits and compensation within the posted pay range; 40 hours weekly with weekend/holiday premiums.
Required Qualifications
- One year+ of experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment/ mechanical components

- Complete 500hr. State mandatory training in product selection
- Provide verification of high school diploma, GED or 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Travel when needed
