Job Summary
Define the automation test program scope and manage team tasks to reduce testing time and costs. Develop and verify automation tools using C, C++, and Python to execute system software tests per team cases. Troubleshoot errors by analyzing results, identifying root causes, and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve protocol and hardware issues. Manage the automation test tool suite, including CANoe and Vector interfaces, while reporting status and problems to leadership immediately. Optimize device performance and define solutions for continuous improvement within the Hai Phong factory environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering
- Deep understanding of the some protocols used by vehicle ECUs
- Knowledge of V-model test process
- General knowledge of: programming, testing, hardware
- Good knowledge of CAN, automated test
- Experience using the tools and software: CANoe, BUSMaster,...Vector CAN Interface, Kvaser, PCAN...
- Proficient in programming languages: C, C++, Python, CAPL, ...
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in build automation test
- Ability to identify non-compliance to standards and resolve the issue
- High level of analytical ability where problems are unique and complex
- Good communicate and work with many members or the other teams
- Knowledge of major automotive subsystems, protocol communication ecus and electrical and electronic circuit operation
