Job Summary
Design and deploy high-quality automation solutions using Python, SQL, and AI frameworks to drive efficiency across GSC operations. Convert business requirements into technical workflows, scripts, and reusable components while leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines for intelligent document processing and conversational agents. Conduct unit, integration, and system testing with robust exception handling, then deploy automations to production in collaboration with Infra/Operations teams. Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize existing solutions for stability. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and SMEs through Agile sprints to deliver secure, maintainable, and audit-compliant automation products aligned with Maersk's global logistics network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in automation development
- Strong knowledge of programming languages: Python, .NET, C#, SQL
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM-based solutions (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, or similar frameworks)
- Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enterprise Q&A or document intelligence use cases
- Familiarity with Azure AI Document Intelligence, or similar cognitive services for OCR, form processing, and email/document classification
- Understanding of prompt engineering principles and techniques for reliable AI outputs
- Exposure to agentic AI patterns building multi-step AI agents that can reason, plan, and act on enterprise data
- Awareness of responsible AI practices bias, fairness, transparency, and data governance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
