Job Summary
Design, build, and deploy high-quality automation solutions using Python, SQL, and AI frameworks to drive efficiency across GSC operations. Transform business requirements into technical workflows, scripts, and reusable components while implementing API-led and event-driven architectures. Develop intelligent document processing workflows and conversational AI agents integrated with enterprise data sources, leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines. Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring before deploying to production. Evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy and hallucination risks, implementing guardrails and validation layers. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and platform teams to deliver secure, maintainable automation products aligned with Maersk governance and responsible AI principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in automation development
- Strong knowledge of programming languages: Python, .NET, C#, SQL
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM-based solutions (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, or similar frameworks)
- Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enterprise Q&A or document intelligence use cases
- Familiarity with Azure AI Document Intelligence, or similar cognitive services for OCR, form processing, and email/document classification
- Understanding of prompt engineering principles and techniques for reliable AI outputs
- Exposure to agentic AI patterns building multi-step AI agents that can reason, plan, and act on enterprise data
- Awareness of responsible AI practices bias, fairness, transparency, and data governance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
