Automation Equipment Development Engineer responsible for development and standardization of new manufacturing equipment and process automation for ContiTech products worldwide; design machine/workplace/workflow into BoB material flow; perform value engineering with KPIs like unit labor costs, cycle time, process capability, quality, scrap rate, ergonomics, energy and consumables; ensure continuous improvement in safety, quality, efficiency, maintainability, reliability, and energy use; manage complex projects with interdisciplinary teams; fluent English; willingness to travel; health/well-being benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
