Job Summary
Senior Automation Lead/Manager responsible for defining the automation strategy and roadmaps within the Enterprise Technology & Security group, leading the automation team, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Drives end-to-end performance, stability, and lifecycle management of automation platforms, mentors engineering teams in SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management, and partners with Product Owners to prioritise value, cost, and risk. Leads resource planning, hiring, and capability development in automation, DevOps, and platform engineering, and aligns automation initiatives across business units to maximise Hours Saved and platform reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in software engineering leadership and SDLC delivery
- Proven ability to define and execute technology strategy and platform roadmaps
- Strong experience leading automation, DevOps, or platform engineering teams
- Demonstrated capability in people leadership and organisational capability building
