Job Summary
Lead and support adoption of a centralized automation platform for Zscaler workflows and use cases. Automate operational processes including standard changes, BAU requests, reporting workflows, and application and cloud connector deployments. Integrate automation workflows with platforms such as ServiceNow and develop automation to translate Palo Alto firewall policies into ZPA configurations. Establish automation standards and scalable workflows to reduce manual engineering effort through process optimization and reusable automation frameworks. This role involves driving automation initiatives across network security environments for a fast-growing enterprise technology organization. Candidates will build scalable automation workflows with ownership and visibility within security transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in IT / Network / Security Engineering
- Strong hands-on expertise in Zscaler (ZIA / ZPA) environments
- Experience automating network security workflows
- Exposure to Palo Alto firewall policy management
- Experience integrating automation with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Strong scripting / automation mindset
- Ability to build scalable, standardized workflows
- Immediate or short notice period (preferred: 15 days)
