Job Summary
Design and deploy automation solutions to streamline operations, focusing on Excel spreadsheet management, survey response handling, and administrative tasks using Power Automate or Azure. Build and manage automated workflows to enhance business processes while developing scripts to integrate disparate systems and ensure seamless data flow. Troubleshoot existing workflows, debug issues in automated processes, and continuously monitor performance to boost efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with IT, operations, and administration teams to identify bottlenecks and deploy strategies that improve productivity across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related technical field or equivalent verifiable work history
- Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions, with a focus on operational applications
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and platforms that enhance data interoperability
- Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving and system optimization
- Excellent communication abilities and experience working collaboratively across diverse teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in programming with Python, Java, or similar languages and familiarity with database management is a plus
- Experience and proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL and MySQL databases, and automation platforms is an advantage
- Experience with advanced data manipulation and analysis techniques in Excel
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques applied to automation
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices to enhance process efficiency
