Job Summary
Plan projects, establish criteria, and coordinate reviews to ensure proper implementation of engineering and technical disciplines. Manage scheduling, forecasting, and resourcing while interpreting client needs and representing them in the field. Review engineering tasks to initiate corrective actions and ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies, and specifications. Lead a team of engineers across multiple discipline projects using industry knowledge of platforms like Emerson and Rockwell. Execute projects and manage teams with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 5 or more years' field and project planning experience in the Automation Industry
- Have the ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- demonstrate excellent project management and supervision skills
- excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Experienced individual who has industry knowledge
- Have experience with various platforms such as Emerson, Rockwell, etc
Desired Qualifications
- Customer management experience is a plus
