Job Summary
Lead automation and CAPEX projects from concept and budgeting through implementation and handover across our Belgian factories in Oostakker, Eeklo, and Courcelles. Develop and implement standards for automation, industrial networks, and cybersecurity within production environments. Drive digitalization of production lines by establishing reliable data collection, industrial data platforms, and integrating operational data for monitoring, quality tracking, and optimization. Collaborate closely with production, technical services, IT, R&D, and external partners to successfully roll out technical solutions. Build expertise in automation systems and industrial data while sharing knowledge across teams and technical departments. Requires a master's degree in automation or related fields, experience with PLC systems and OT environments, and the ability to work flexibly across multiple Belgian sites. Fluent in Dutch and English.
Required Qualifications
- Masterdiploma in Automatisering, Elektromechanica, Elektronica-ICT of een gelijkaardige technische richting
- Ervaring met industriële automatisering
- Ervaring met PLC-systemen (Siemens, Rockwell)
- Ervaring met OT-systemen zoals MES en productieomgevingen
- Flexibiliteit om vanuit onze verschillende productievestigingen in België te werken wanneer nodig voor de projecten
- Analytisch sterk

- Comfort in een omgeving met diverse stakeholders
- Vloeiend Nederlands
- Vloeiend Engels
