Job Summary
Automation Engineer responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational data across production, quality, maintenance, inventory, and logistics; develop dashboards and data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders; support MES implementation and continuous improvement initiatives; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs through data-driven insights; collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes; ensure adherence to quality, environmental, and safety management systems; maintain workplace organization and proper use of tools and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of experience in data analysis, automation, or industrial processes
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle) or MES platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
