Job Summary
Monitor enterprise dashboards and IT infrastructure in real time to ensure service continuity, while managing incidents by troubleshooting critical alerts and restoring services within SLA targets. Act as the primary contact for high-severity events, coordinating cross-functional escalations and implementing permanent fixes through root cause analysis. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Java, or Shell to optimize manual processes, configure system integrations, and execute automated tests to validate functionality before deployment. Prioritize incident resolution and system integration tasks in a mission-critical environment, ensuring compliance with operational KPIs and SLAs.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Command Centre Operations, IT Operations, Monitoring, Incident Management, or Automation
- Strong expertise in real-time monitoring, incident management, and SLA-driven operations
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation, scripting, and process optimization
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Shell scripting, or similar automation technologies
- Experience with IT monitoring, Enterprise Service Management (ESM), and operational support environments
- Knowledge of automation testing, debugging, and system integration practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities in high-pressure operational environments
- Ability to monitor and respond to critical operational events in real time
- Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents efficiently while meeting SLA commitments
- Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency
- Ability to analyze recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams during major incidents
- Ability to configure and integrate systems to enable seamless data flow across operational environments
- Ability to execute automated testing and validate deployments with minimal operational risk
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
