Job Summary
Automation Engineer responsible for commissioning, diagnosing, servicing, and optimizing GEA Procomac filling machines in Poland with emphasis on automation and PLC diagnostics (Allen-Bradley ControlLogix/CompactLogix), ensuring high machine availability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include commissioning and servicing at customer sites in Poland, troubleshooting automation, PLC/controls (Allen-Bradley, Studio 5000), HMIs, industrial networks, and safety systems; modifying and optimizing PLC programs and control sequences; participating in new installations, upgrades, and retrofits; conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions; collaborating with CoC, manufacturing, and sales teams; maintaining service documentation (reports, checklists, CRM, iBase); training operators and technicians; adhering to HSE, quality, and ethics. Travel readiness and field-work orientation are required.
Required Qualifications
- Wykształcenie techniczne (automatyka, elektrotechnika, mechatronika lub pokrewne)
- Doświadczenie w serwisie maszyn przemysłowych (minimum 3 lata)
- Bardzo dobra znajomość PLC Allen-Bradley środowiska Rockwell Automation / Studio 5000
- Umiejętność czytania schematów elektrycznych i dokumentacji technicznej
- Doświadczenie w pracy z maszynami procesowymi lub packagingowymi (mile widziane: rozlew / napoje)
- Samodzielność, odpowiedzialność, orientacja na klienta
- Umiejętność pracy w terenie i pod presją czasu
- Gotowość do podróży służbowych
- Prawo jazdy kat. B
- Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
