Job Summary
Automation Engineer with hands-on UiPath RPA lifecycle expertise (design, development, testing, deployment, and support) and REFramework experience. Responsible for automating business processes based on specified designs, delivering POCs for feasibility analysis, translating business and technical requirements into technical designs, and collaborating with Solution Architects on complex automation and agent orchestration. Proficient in AI-powered automation concepts (Copilot agents, agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop), Document Understanding, and cognitive workflows; experience with UiPath AI Center, Orchestrator, VBA, Power Platform, Python, and SQL. Location is Bangalore, India; full-time permanent role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical/related field
- 5-8 years related experience in lieu of degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Automation across the end-to-end RPA lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, and support)
- Hands-on experience with REFramework and building scalable, reusable automation components
- Hands-on experience on RE Framework, Document Understanding etc.
- Agentic Automation concepts, including Copilot agents, Agent orchestration, Human-in-the-loop and autonomous agent patterns
- Experience building and integrating AI-powered automation solutions using UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, Modern AI agents and cognitive workflows
- Orchestrator knowledge is plus
- VBA Knowledge is mandatory
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is an added advantage
- Programming knowledge in Python, with the ability to build scripts, APIs, and AI integrations is an added advantage
- Good understanding of SQL databases, queries, and data handling for automation use cases
- Exposure to Finance & Accounting processes and enterprise-scale automation programs
- Prior experience with POCs, feasibility analysis, and solution design reviews
- Ability to collaborate closely with Solution Architects on complex automation and agent orchestration designs
