Job Summary
Automation Engineer to automate Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and related tooling across the organization. Responsibilities include building and supporting Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Copilot solutions to reduce manual work; administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) with a focus on security and reliability; handling everyday service requests from the service desk; scripting with PowerShell to automate Windows, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID tasks; building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or equivalent); documenting solutions with runbooks and clear handoffs; collaborating with internal customers to understand requirements and implementing reusable, governed automation patterns across the business units under Andromeda Software; maintaining pipeline health and ensuring secure, scalable automation practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in IT automation, systems administration, or platform engineering
- Solid PowerShell skills — building and maintaining scripts
- Tier 2 IT support experience, ideally in a global or offshore environment
- Strong skills in documentation and client service
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and effective in collaborative, multicultural teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both technical and user-facing
