Job Summary
Maintain plant-level IT-OT network and Ignition SCADA architecture to ensure application uptime, troubleshoot connectivity and OPC failures, and secure IT-OT integration. Configure Ignition Gateway redundancy, develop HMI templates, and manage MongoDB/SQL databases for reliable data exchange between PLCs, SAP, and MES systems. Design industrial network architecture with VLAN segmentation, configure firewalls and server environments, and conduct periodic health assessments to meet 99%+ uptime targets. Coordinate with global automation teams for solution approvals and maintain documentation for cybersecurity audits.

- Experience in Beverage / FMCG / Pharma manufacturing environment
- Exposure to plant-wide centralized monitoring systems
- Experience integrating Ignition with Allen-Bradley PLCs
- Knowledge of SAP / MES / OEE integration / Ignition Platform is Must
- Exposure to Industry 4.0 & Unified Namespace (UNS) architecture
- Strong system ownership mindset

- Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders
- High analytical troubleshooting capability
- Strong communication for cross-functional alignment
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering

- Experience with Ignition SCADA, Kepware OPC, MongoDB, industrial network architecture and integration with PLC / MES / SAP systems

- Maintain version control and backup procedures

- Manage and optimize: MongoDB SQL Databases Historian systems
- Handle: Database tuning Backup & restoration procedures Data integrity checks
- Ensure reliable data exchange between: PLC Ignition SAP / MES OEE systems
- Design and implement: Industrial network architecture VLAN segmentation Managed switches configuration
- Configure & maintain: Firewalls (Industrial & IT layer) Server environments (Windows Server / Virtual Machines) Domain policies (if applicable)
