Job Summary
Automation Engineer at Carrier Global Corporation to implement robotic systems and automated cells in assembly and coil shop areas, evaluate and standardize automation technologies (vision systems, screwdriving, welding, brazing, material handling), develop PoC initiatives and lead implementations across business units, standardize OEE measurement using digital twins to identify improvements, perform should-cost analyses to ensure ROI, and create technical documentation to standardize EHS requirements for automation projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial automation
- Strong knowledge of machine design
- Experience in control systems and process automation
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
