Job Summary
Design, configure, and maintain automation and control systems for Electrolit's warehousing and distribution operations using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Automate. Develop technical designs, process flow diagrams, and system documentation to support end-to-end workflow automation. Configure, test, and support automation integrations while analyzing performance data to identify improvement opportunities. Troubleshoot bot failures and workflow errors, collaborate with stakeholders to implement compliant solutions, and ensure adherence to internal standards for security and change control. Monitor system reliability using analytics tools and recommend corrective actions. Support upgrades, enhancements, and expansions of automation platforms to accommodate operational growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
- At least two (2) years of experience in automation, controls engineering, or industrial systems support
- Hands-on experience UiPath, Power Automate or Automation Anywhere
- Experience supporting automation in distribution environments
- Experience working with system documentation, testing, and change management practices
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer
- Ability to occasionally lift or move office materials weighing up to 15 pounds
