Job Summary
Design and build automated workflows and integrations across PSA, RMM, documentation, identity, and AI platforms using Python, PowerShell, and TypeScript; contribute to internal Node.js services and dashboards; develop AI-powered features including RAG over documentation, AI-assisted ticket triage, and document processing; test, monitor, and maintain automation solutions in production; collaborate with stakeholders to identify manual processes to automate; hybrid work arrangement based in Phoenix, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years building automations, integrations, or backend services with strong skills in Python, PowerShell, or TypeScript
- Experience designing scalable workflows and integrating systems through APIs
- REST/JSON APIs experience including authentication, pagination, and error handling
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps, including code reviews
- Infrastructure-as-code knowledge (Bicep, ARM, Terraform)
- Familiarity with MSP tooling (Rewst, ConnectWise Manage, IT Glue, NinjaRMM, Pax8, Microsoft Graph, Entra ID)
- Interest or experience with AI-powered systems, LLMs, RAG workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaborative mindset
