Job Summary
Lead and execute internal process automation initiatives across business operations. Perform audits to identify inefficiencies, propose and roadmap automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, and Make/Integromat. Design, build, test, and deploy automation workflows and scripts; integrate automations with existing platforms and internal systems. Collaborate with operations, IT, and department leads; maintain documentation and provide training. Role is a fully remote contract (4-6 months) with potential extension or conversion based on project pathway. Strong focus on translating business needs into scalable automation and AI-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in automation development or process optimization roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, Make/Integromat)
- Experience with AI-driven automation and conversational agents
- Strong knowledge of APIs, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
