Job Summary
Automation & CRM Analyst responsible for identifying and driving Automation and CRM improvement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable, testable solutions; activities include analyzing opportunities, documenting functional/technical specs, prioritizing initiatives, conducting testing/validation, and monitoring improvements to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals. Key skills include experience in Process Improvement, Business Analysis, RPA, Salesforce; familiarity with UiPath, Python, C#, Google Apps Script; knowledge of Agile, Design Thinking, or Six Sigma; experience with B2C/B2B processes; strong communication and ability to bridge business and technical teams.
