Job Summary
Perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC control and Building Automation Systems for commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, manufacturing sites, and data centers. Respond to service and warranty calls providing front-line technical repair, using diagnostic tools to resolve building inefficiencies and recommend system updates. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high-quality service and clear communication. Requires 3+ years of HVAC industry experience servicing electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems, with proficiency in hand/power tools and computer-based diagnostics. We highly encourage veterans to apply; military training in relevant technical fields is highly desired. Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 first year, DOE.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry servicing electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems
- Proficiency with hand/power tools
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment (e.g., multimeters)
- Proficiency with computer-based diagnostics
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of HVAC sequences and applications
