Job Summary
Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting automated equipment, supporting machinery installations and process improvements. Participate in preventive maintenance activities while learning to read electrical schematics and technical drawings. Work alongside experienced technicians and engineers to complete apprenticeship coursework and training requirements in industrial automation, PLC programming, and robotics. Apply new skills in a real manufacturing environment through hands-on experience and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in technology
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Commitment to completing apprenticeship coursework

- Manufacturing experience
- Automotive, mechanical, electrical, or technical hobbies
- Vocational or technical education experience
