Job Summary
Own and grow a product line from strategy through execution in industrial automation focusing on power supplies and circuit protection; build and execute a multi-year product roadmap; analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape; identify and launch new products—from concept through commercialization; work cross-functionally with engineering, suppliers, and marketing teams; define product requirements, pricing, and positioning; support product lifecycle decisions including improvements and end-of-life planning; provide high-level technical support and product expertise.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in industrial automation or controls
- Strong knowledge of power supplies and circuit protection components
- Experience with industrial automation technologies (PLCs, HMIs, drives, etc.)
- Ability to analyze markets, manage projects, and influence product strategy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Background in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
