Job Summary
Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems for manufacturing equipment, including modifying logic, debugging, and optimizing automation for improved uptime and cycle time. Support integration of sensors, actuators, and HMIs while assisting in the installation, commissioning, and data collection for Smart Factory and MES initiatives. Analyze system failures to implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with safety standards. This role requires approximately seven months of mandatory job training in Korea starting in October, followed by full-time onsite work in Enoch, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Basic To Intermediate Experience With PLC Systems And Control Logic REQUIRED
- Ability To Read And Interpret Electrical Schematics, Engineering Drawings And Wiring Diagrams REQUIRED
- Understanding Of Sensors, Actuators And Industrial Automation Systems REQUIRED
- Strong Troubleshooting And Analytical Problem-Solving Skills REQUIRED
- Ability To Work In A Manufacturing Environment And Support Production Needs REQUIRED
- Approximately 7 Months Of Job Training In Korea Starting In October REQUIRED - NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Ability To Work Full-Time Onsite In Enoch, Utah Following Training REQUIRED
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ Years Of Experience In PLC Programming Or Automation Engineering Preferred
- Hands-On Experience With LS ELECTRIC PLC Systems Preferred
- Experience In Industrial Automation, Robotics Or Manufacturing Systems Preferred
- Experience With Smart Factory Or MES Systems Preferred
- Strong Background In Equipment Troubleshooting And System Optimization Preferred
- Ability To Support Commissioning And Startup Of Automated Production Lines Preferred
- CAD 2D/3D Proficiency Preferred
