Job Summary
Regional Business Manager leads office operations, business development, and financial performance; responsible for driving growth, ensuring successful project delivery, and developing a high-performing team. Provides technical leadership in automation, controls, and system architecture; oversees project execution, client satisfaction, budgeting, forecasting, and regional P&L; collaborates with senior leadership and reports to the President. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, client relationship management, and the ability to guide proposals, scoping, estimation, and recruiting/retention to support regional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 10–15 years of automation/engineering experience, preferably in a consulting environment
- 5+ years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility
- Strong technical background in industrial controls, PLC/HMI, or SCADA systems
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive operational excellence
