Job Summary
Automation and Production Support Analyst at an intermediate level responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Autosys, VBA, Appian, and Boardwalk; providing dedicated production support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system availability; driving CI/CD with Bitbucket/Git, RLM, and Jenkins; coordinating approvals from stakeholders to ensure timely delivery; creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards for monitoring performance; collaborating with business users, development teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and align on automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Statistics is required
- 5-8+ years of automation or production support experience in banking (risk or marketing focus on mortgage/retail/commercial banking)
- Proficiency in Autosys, VBA; experience with Appian; familiarity with Boardwalk
- Hands-on CI/CD and DevOps experience using Bitbucket/Git, RLM, Jenkins
- Tableau data visualization for dashboards and reports
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell) a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive ownership mindset and ability to drive tasks to completion
