Job Summary
Design DoDAF or UAF system architecture and support automation in development processes and analytics. Evaluate and modernize architecture design, ensuring complex system components and interfaces are accurately represented using SysML, Cameo, or MBSE methodologies. Lead architecture working groups and technical interchange meetings to communicate and review models while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements. Translate real-world needs into technical specifications to deliver customer-focused engineering solutions for national security missions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with SysML or Cameo and MBSE methodologies
- 1+ years of experience with coding and using Java
- Knowledge of Teamwork Cloud and GitLab
- Ability to lead architecture working groups and technical interchange meetings to communicate and review architectural models
- Ability to analyze and model complex systems architectures, ensuring all components and interfaces are accurately represented
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and program managers to gather requirements and comprehend system interactions
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, design, or development
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or CS and 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, design, or development
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Navy systems engineering
- Experience with coding and application using MBSE
- Possession of excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
