Job Summary
Designs, develops, tests, and deploys RPA bots, workflow automations, and low-code/no-code applications. Collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to optimize process flows, balancing simplicity, maintainability, scalability, and performance. Supports UAT, go-live, and hypercare; monitors production automation for stability and security; identifies opportunities to apply AI-enabled capabilities (OCR, NLP, ML) to enhance automation outcomes. Mentors junior engineers, contributes to reusable components and governance, and helps grow organizational automation maturity. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of hands-on automation experience, with strong scripting/programming skills and experience across RPA, low-code platforms, APIs, and SQL. Specifically to the role at Taguig, Philippines, the candidate will work in-person with global automation teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in automation or digital process development
- Experience spanning both low-code/no-code tools and traditional scripting or programming
- Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Platform, or similar)
- Experience with workflow and orchestration platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Outsystems, or equivalent low-code/no-code tools)
- Proficiency in scripting or development in Python or Java (preferred) or JavaScript, C#, VBA, or PowerShell
- Experience working with APIs, web services, and integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Exposure to databases and SQL-based systems (e.g., SQL Server)
- Awareness of AI and Intelligent Automation concepts (OCR, NLP, ML)
- Strong verbal and written communication in English

- Potential to grow into solution design or automation-architect roles
