Job Summary
Manage and improve end-to-end transactional processes to reduce manual actions and implement scalable automation solutions. Explore AI and data-driven opportunities for process insights, intelligent automation, and decision support to optimize workload for clients and internal teams. Lead business analysis, development with IT, roll-out, and communication while building stakeholder buy-in and guiding change management. Monitor process standards using Lean methodology and critically evaluate existing working methods to propose innovative, future-proof improvements across HR and Payroll Operations in France, Luxembourg, Spain, and Portugal.
Required Qualifications
- digital and AI-literate mindset
- knowledge of MS Office
- knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio/Power Automate
- knowledge of Power BI
- experience in defining/improving process flows
- experience in setting up chatbots
- analytical skills
- ability to translate complex data into clear insights and concrete optimisations
- experience or an affinity with payroll administration
- experience or an affinity with social legislation
- experience or an affinity with IT
- experience with change and stakeholder management
- fluency in French
- fluency in English
