Job Summary
Analyze and document operational workflows, translating business process requirements into decision trees and structured specifications for the engineering team. Execute automation builds within internal tools using the department's established module library, preparing packages including data extracts and workflow documentation. Monitor active automations for issues, communicate status to stakeholders, and escalate technical failures with clear problem statements. Support cross-functional collaboration across Reporting, Applications, and Automation workstreams by maintaining accurate records and contributing to process improvement. This entry-level role serves as a bridge between business process owners and the technical team, offering a defined growth path into engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in a data, analytics, or operations role
- demonstrated ability to document and analyze business processes

- This is a hybrid position based in Center City Philadelphia that requires onsite work quarterly

Desired Qualifications

- Experience with SQL queries or data extraction
