Job Summary
Analyze business operations to identify automation opportunities and design scalable AI architectures. Build end-to-end automations using tools like Zapier or Make, integrating AI models into workflows while testing, deploying, and optimizing systems. Manage WordPress environments, handle hosting and server administration, and monitor performance to resolve issues proactively. Create clear documentation and train non-technical teams to operate systems independently. Present recommendations to stakeholders and contribute to internal knowledge bases. This client-facing role requires strong technical execution balanced with strategic thinking to improve real workflows and enable continuous improvement of internal systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Background in software development or system architecture
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier and/or Make)
- Experience using AI tools in development workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations
- Experience with GitHub (version control, repositories)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure / virtual servers
- WordPress development or administration experience
- Strong written English and documentation skills
- Ability to work with US Pacific Time overlap
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Python or similar scripting language
- Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Mindbody, or Acuity
- Experience in client-facing or consulting environments
- Experience assessing systems and recommending automation solutions
