Automatic Door Technician

Automatic Door Service Technician needed to service and repair automatic doors and related hardware. Responsibilities include performing repairs and replacements of ADA operators, manual and swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow metal, storefront and automatic folding, swing, and sliding doors; servicing a variety of doors, equipment, and control devices; applying carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and installation of doors/windows; conducting preventative maintenance and handling commercial doors, door hardware, storefront doors, door closers, and emergency exit devices; managing multiple projects and meeting time-related constraints; maintaining a positive and professional attitude; working in a team environment as well as independently; maintaining strong attention to detail and processes; delivering excellent customer service; thriving in a fast-paced environment. Preferred experience includes AAADM certification and familiarity with brands such as Horton, Stanley, and Assa Abloy.
