Job Summary
Operate the Automated Storage & Retrieval System to store, retrieve, and manage product movements while monitoring system queues, alarms, and performance. Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate as needed, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, safety regulations, and quality assurance standards. Perform cycle counts, assist with inventory discrepancy reconciliation, and serve as backup for pallet put-away using forklifts and loading outbound trucks. Maintain accurate documentation, product labeling, and traceability standards while keeping the work environment clean and organized. Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow and system uptime. Work 12-hour shifts on a 2/2/3 rotation from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

- Warehousing and shipping and receiving logistics and inventory placement knowledge
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
- Maintain necessary certifications for operation of powered industrial equipment, including forklift certification
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures and company guidelines to maintain regulatory compliance
- Mechanical and basic automation skills
- Demonstrate the Qualified Individuals responsibilities for Preventive Controls
- Ability to understand the goals and objectives set by management
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of 3-5 years warehouse, shipping/receiving, or production experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
