Job Summary
Perform general clean-up duties within the autoline production area, including sweeping mulch and soil debris and transporting waste via wheelbarrow or portable hopper to proper receptacles. Assist in repairing broken pallets using a hammer and nail, and report all accidents and injuries regardless of severity. Adhere to standard operating procedures while wearing required safety gear, including safety toe shoes, a vest, hard hat, and gloves. Work +/- 60 hours per week including Saturdays with overtime, maintaining the ability to lift up to 70lbs, stand for long periods, and work in dusty outdoor environments.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work +/- 60 hours per week to include Saturdays with overtime (hours not guaranteed)
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk for short periods
- Must be able to bend and stoop throughout the workday (lifting mulch/soil bags, trash debris, etc)
- Must be able to climb and descend stairs and ladders
- Must be able to work outside for periods of time in all weather
- Must be able to work in a dusty environment (tolerate various types of work dust)
- Safety gear is required and expected to be worn at all times (safety toe shoes/boots, vest, hard hat, & gloves)
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift/Spyder experience is preferred
- Bilingual a plus
