Job Summary
Operate Steam Boarding machines following set procedures to properly place, align, and fold products onto aluminum forms. Stage completed items in 6S locations and maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to ISO 13485 standards and Lean Manufacturing protocols. Assist with training new personnel, foster positive staff morale through open communication, and accurately record all production activities to support the Quality System. Stop folding or scrap products when quality issues arise to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, bend, lift or climb
- Occasionally required to lift light weights (less than 25 pounds)
- Finger dexterity and hand coordination
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus
- Tolerance for heat
- Successful completion of background check
- Verifiable employment
- Drug test
