Job Summary
Autodesk AutoCAD Drafter/Structural CAD Detailer required to generate detailed print sets of pre-designed models for a structural fabrication context (steel/aluminum) including bridges, catwalks, and marine gangways. Responsible for revision control, organizing and maintaining file systems, and collaborating with design/engineering teams to resolve issues. Must communicate effectively with the team regarding schedules/workloads. Five-plus years of detailing experience is preferred; proficiency with Autodesk Inventor is preferred and AutoCAD familiarity is helpful. Onsite role in Woodland, WA, Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Background check and drug screening required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience detailing structural components
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor preferred; SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software considered
- Familiarity with AutoCAD
- Knowledge of structural fabrication processes and weld symbols is required
- Civil design experience is an advantage
- Background check and drug screening required
