Job Summary
AutoCAD Detailer - Exhibits prepares detailed construction and set-up drawings and floor plans for tradeshow exhibits/displays, collaborates with Account Executive, Designer, Project Manager, Estimator, and Production staff to ensure cost-effective solutions, assists Project Managers with value and design engineering, and maintains a detailing schedule to meet deadlines. The role requires 5-7 years of 3-D AutoCAD/CAM experience and familiarity with production, cabinetry, and CNC machining; strong communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills; office in the Waukegan, IL area with overtime eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree and / or 5-7 years of 3-D AutoCAD / CAM 2014 operator experience required
- Previous trade show or exhibit design experience preferred
- High level of experience and understanding of production, cabinetry, and CNC machining
- Demonstrated technical skills including advanced working knowledge in Microsoft Office
