Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Painter/Finisher responsible for spraying surfaces with protective or decorative materials, cleaning, and preparing surfaces for painting. The role involves selecting and mixing coatings, applying them, and ensuring quality finish through sanding, buffing, and spot repairs. Candidates must have experience in automotive paint and body repair, excellent communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in automotive paint and body repair
- Experience in paint surfaces, paint sprayers, and paint booths preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
- Excellent visual acuity to identify flaws in Class A painted surfaces
- High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications from apprentice or training programs preferred
Additional Requirements
