Job Summary
Detail and inspect customer vehicles before and after collision repairs, polish fresh paint to deliver a showroom finish, remove overspray, clean interiors and exteriors, and ensure high-quality delivery. Role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, multi-tasking in a fast-paced shop, and ongoing skill development through paid training (I-CAR & OEM). Successful candidates will maintain cleanliness, operate detailing tools, and assist with vehicle presentation to customers while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Automotive interest and desire to develop a career in the industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Ability to understand basic instructions
- Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments
