Job Summary
Autobody Detail Technician responsible for cleaning and inspecting vehicles before and after repairs, identifying damage flaws, polishing paint to a like-new finish, removing overspray, and detailing interiors and exteriors for proper delivery. Includes polishing fresh paint, removing residue, vacuuming and sanitizing interiors, and ensuring high-quality finish. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, valid driver’s license, and physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Training opportunities include industry certifications such as I-CAR and OEM-related programs; growth opportunities within the company and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401K, PTO, and life insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Automotive interest and desire to develop a career in the industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Ability to understand basic instructions
- Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments
- Physical requirements: ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, lift up to 80 lbs
