• •Must have knowledge of DMV related fees and forms
• •Must be able to accurately record title notes on member accounts
• •Must be able to maintain accurate filing of title paperwork
• •Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
• •Intermediate to advanced level skill in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• •Basic computer operating skills (windows navigation, mouse/keyboard functionality.)
• •Ability to add using an adding machine/10-key
• •Must be able to obtain titles, solve problems, and research issues to ensure timely processing of title paperwork
• •Must be able to maintain good working relationships with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), car dealerships, insurance companies, and branch personnel
• •Must be able to promote and maintain effective partnerships with branches, member service teams and Credit Union members
• •Must be able to serve members and internal customers by answering questions and assisting in the titling process
• •Must be able to ensure quality service across multiple channels
• •Must be able to enhance their financial relationships with the credit union
• •Must be able to ensure that Mountain America has secured the collateral
• •Must be able to obtain titles, solve problems, research issues to ensure timely processing of title paperwork from other financial institutions and dealers
• •Must be able to ensure proper and timely follow up occurs with member, financial institution, dealer or Mountain America teams
