Job Summary
Maintain the daily housekeeping of the production area by emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, and assisting in cleaning spray booths. Place tools and equipment in their proper location, perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs when necessary, and keep parking lots and grounds neat and orderly. Follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedure and center procedures to allow teammates to complete repairs in a timely manner. This position requires consistent physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. You must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy. Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment

- Collision Vo-Tech certification
