Job Summary
Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area by emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, assisting in spray booth cleaning, and organizing tools and equipment. Perform minor equipment and building maintenance repairs as needed while keeping parking lots and grounds neat and orderly. Follow Caliber's Standard Operating Procedure and center procedures to ensure teammates complete repairs timely. This role requires consistent physical activity including lifting objects over 50 lbs, kneeling, bending, and squatting. Candidates must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and eligibility for Caliber's insurance policy.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

- Collision Vo-Tech certification
