Job Summary
Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area, including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, and assisting in cleaning spray booths. Place tools and equipment in their proper location, perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs, and keep parking lots and grounds neat and orderly. Follow all Caliber Standard Operating Procedure and center procedures to enable teammates to complete repairs timely. This position requires consistent physical activity, lifting over 50 lbs, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Caliber Collision offers industry comparable pay up to $18.00 per hour with benefits from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Must follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedure and center procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Previous collision experience
- Collision Vo-Tech certification
