Job Summary
Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area by emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, and assisting with spray booth cleaning. Place tools and equipment in their proper locations while keeping parking lots and grounds neat and orderly. Perform minor equipment and building maintenance or repairs as necessary. Follow all Caliber Standard Operating Procedure and center procedures to ensure teammates complete repairs timely. Prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment while performing consistent physical activity including lifting objects over 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous collision experience
- Collision Vo-Tech certification
