Job Summary
Auto Shop Helper at Caliber Collision handles housekeeping and maintenance in the production area, including sweeping, waste disposal, cleaning of spray booths, organizing tools, parking-lot/grounds upkeep, and assisting with minor equipment/building maintenance. Follows Caliber SOPs to ensure timely repairs, with responsibilities that support a safe, clean, and efficient shop environment. Requires ability to perform physical tasks (reach, kneel, bend, squat) and lift over 50 lbs, plus the ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions. Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance; E-Verify is used for employment eligibility. Caliber is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
- Able to lift objects over 50 lbs
- Able to understand instructions – written and verbal
